Position Summary:
Responsible
for establishing and developing HVAC Distributors.
The essential functions of
the position include, but are not limited to the following:
·
Set objectives for the sales region.
·
Set goals and quotas for each distributor in
region.
·
Prepare monthly report for National Director of
sales.
·
Conduct presentations at distributor and national
sales meetings.
·
Keep abreast of competitive information.
·
Provide distributor/engineer support and training
as necessary.
·
Prepare and administer sales programs for
customer base.
·
Define customer needs and establish strong
business relationships to ensure sales and profitability goals are met.
The non-essential functions
of the position include, but are not limited to the
following:
·
Suggest promotional ideas.
·
Advise Zone Manager, Director of Sales & GM
on market conditions.
·
Performs other job functions as
assigned.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
·
B.A./B.S. degree.
·
5-7 years sales experience.
·
Strong managerial skills.
·
HVAC product knowledge.
·
Strong presentation skills.
· Excellent writing skills.
·
Some travel required.
Management retains the
